Lykkers, it takes a lot for me to finish an entire serum bottle. I love trying new skincare, so if a product makes it to the very last drop, that's usually a sign that it genuinely worked for me.
For reference, I have combination skin, and over time I've learned that no single serum can solve everything. That's why I like having different options depending on what my skin needs.
Some help with post-acne marks, while others are my go-to when my skin feels irritated or stressed. Today, I'm sharing two serums that earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine.
1. Nacific Fresh Herb Origin Serum
Dark spots tend to linger on my skin long after a breakout is gone, so I'm always looking for products that help brighten things up. This serum became one of my favorites because it helped my skin look more even over time. Since it contains vitamin C, I noticed it worked particularly well on the leftover marks and pigmentation that I was trying to fade.
One thing that makes this serum unique is the oil layer. Before applying it, I always give the bottle a good shake to mix everything together. Even though it contains oil, the texture never feels greasy on my combination skin.
2. P.CALM Porsica Ampoule
Out of all the soothing serums I've tried, this one is probably the easiest repurchase decision I've ever made. Whenever my skin feels irritated, flushed, or sensitive, this is the bottle I automatically reach for. There's something about the formula that helps my skin feel calmer and more comfortable after just a few uses.
I went through the entire bottle surprisingly fast because I kept finding reasons to use it. Redness, irritation, over-exfoliation—you name it, this serum became my solution.
Some serums sound amazing on paper but end up collecting dust in my skincare drawer. These two were the complete opposite—I used every last drop. The Nacific Fresh Herb Origin Serum became my brightening favorite, while the P.CALM Porsica Ampoule turned into my comfort product whenever my skin needed a little extra care.
Honestly, if a skincare product survives my constant urge to try something new, that's probably the best review I can give.
